Info Day 1: Presentation of the Living Labs available for Transnational Access

Tune in on Monday, 4 April 2022 from 14:00-16:00 CET to discover the Living Lab research infrastructures of VITALISE project that are available for Transnational Access to external researchers, as well as the Joint Research Activities of the project.

In recent years, Living Labs have emerged as resilient research and innovation infrastructures that enable research studies in real-life environments with the involvement of multiple stakeholders. Addressing the needs of researchers for (i) convenient access to research infrastructures; (ii) direct engagement of people to validate hypotheses, co-design solutions and evaluate their feasibility and effectiveness; (iii) experience from multidisciplinary domains to deal with the complexity of their research, VITALISE Project opens up seventeen (17) Living Lab research infrastructures to external researchers in Europe and beyond. The provision of Transnational Access will be implemented through three (3) Open Calls that will be conducted in (i) March 2022, (ii) December 2022 and (iii) May 2023.

The external researchers applying for Transnational Access to the project’s Research Infrastructures are encouraged to join one of the project’s Joint Research Activities (JRAs) and perform research in a similar topic in collaboration with the consortium partners. The Joint Research Activities (JRAs) bring together researchers from different Living Labs in collaborative projects for three (3) different domains in Living Lab Health and Wellbeing research, i.e.: (i) Rehabilitation, (ii) Transitional care and (iii) Everyday living environments.
