During this lesson you learn from LiCalab’s experience in recruiting and managing the user community. Furthermore, a well-managed user panel is a source of data that can be used in a smart way, member profiles can be further segmented and enriched. You will learn about possible software tools to collect these data.
WHAT’S THE REAL PROBLEM
Before even start to design, it is paramount to really understand the user’s need. Much is there to learn about empathizing with your end user and uncover the real problem and challenge. There is a difference between identifying the need (needs assessment) and the need analysis. In this webinar you take a deeper dive into the problem framing: the who, why what, where and when. Webinar will provide you with tools to plan a needs assessment for individuals or communities.
