VITALISE Project in the 2nd Open HoCare2.0 Conference

Our Project Coordinator, Dr Evdokimos Konstantinidis, joined the 2nd Open HoCare2.0 conference on Wednesday, 5 May 2021, to present VITALISE project to the participants.

Organised by the National Healthcare Service Center and the Central Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency Nonprofit Ltd. in Hungary, the 2nd Open HoCare2.0 conference showcased examples of how the co-creation process helps develop innovative products and services for home care. As the human population is ageing, there is an increasing need for digitalization of the processes in health and social care. The guest speakers of the conference brought about the latest innovation news and best practices in the field of home care from Europe, based on co-creation and open innovation approaches demonstrated on pilot tests from seven (7) different countries around Europe.

Dr Evdokimos Konstantinidis introduced to the conference the new H2020 VITALISE project, “Virtual Health and Wellbeing Living Lab Infrastructure”, and how the project brings together three networks, ENoLL, Forum LLSA, and EIT Health Living Labs, and interconnects the majority of Living Labs across Europe to cover all European geographical areas and all the spectrum of the Health and Wellbeing domain.
